This page explains how orders are shipped, delivered and paid for at Nestorhawk Retail.
Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is submitted.
We currently deliver Australia-wide. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro areas are typically at the faster end of this range; regional and remote addresses may take longer.
Standard shipping is a flat 5.00 AUD per order, calculated at checkout.
Orders are paid for via Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay in cash when your order arrives, no online payment required at checkout.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
